About me

I have always played and love sport from an early age and have represented my district and county in a number of sports, including, golf, rugby, football and cross country running. Having gone to university to study Psychology and then spending four years as a Landscape Gardener, I have decided to move back towards my passion of sport and retrained as a Personal Trainer and golf Biomechanics Coach. I have also completed a Thai Massage course, which I feel is an integral part of improving and maintaining fitness levels.

I truly believe that it doesn’t need to take hours and hours of training a week to gain the results you desire, it just needs the right exercises, the right diet and the right mental attitude and then any goals can be possible.

The combination Tom uses of exercises and massage has helped, not only getting me feeling fitter and healthier, but also has given me the confidence I needed for everyday life.

With getting married early next year I was hoping to lose a bit of weight and tone up, and in the two months I have been training with Tom I have noticed a big improvement.

Although I felt I led an active lifestyle, I noticed that I was beginning to lose my slim body shape, so I called Tom. He has made exercise fun, especially the boxing work outs, and has help me to feel comfortable with my body again.
