I have always played and love sport from an early age and have represented my district and county in a number of sports, including, golf, rugby, football and cross country running. Having gone to university to study Psychology and then spending four years as a Landscape Gardener, I have decided to move back towards my passion of sport and retrained as a Personal Trainer and golf Biomechanics Coach. I have also completed a Thai Massage course, which I feel is an integral part of improving and maintaining fitness levels.
I truly believe that it doesn’t need to take hours and hours of training a week to gain the results you desire, it just needs the right exercises, the right diet and the right mental attitude and then any goals can be possible.

Golf Biomechanics is the study of the structure and function of biological systems of the body, by means of the methods of mechanics relating to golf. In other words, how your muscles and limbs move and integrate with one another during the golf swing.
Well if you suffer from a lack of distance in your golf game, have constant injury, fatigue during your round, poor posture or lack of flexibility, then Golf Biomechanics can help you. This is done by using golf specific exercise drills to improve your golf swing and to improve your golf fitness, and any of the above problems can be sorted.
Self conditioning is vital to reach your peak performance, so by improving your Golf Biomechanics and increasing your flexibility, strength, stability and power in your golf game we can reduce your handicap, get you to play golf for longer into your life and remain injury free.

Thai Massage is an ancient art that dates back over 2500 years to the temples and traditions of Buddhism. It involves the client lying on the floor fully clothed, whilst the practitioner performs deep static and rhythmic pressure. The massage can last anything from 30 minutes to one and a half hours and can target the whole body or just the feet or head.
The stretching and deep massage techniques used in Thai Massage can help increase energy levels, melt away stress and tension, improve flexibility, help with injuries and bring balance to the body, mind and spirit.

The combination Tom uses of exercises and massage has helped, not only getting me feeling fitter and healthier, but also has given me the confidence I needed for everyday life.
Female aged 29
With getting married early next year I was hoping to lose a bit of weight and tone up, and in the two months I have been training with Tom I have noticed a big improvement.
Male aged 32
I have been training with Tom for a couple of months to help improve my golf game, and not only am I playing more consistent golf but I have gained more mobility which has helped lessen the aches and pains I used to get.
Male aged 68.
Although I felt I led an active lifestyle, I noticed that I was beginning to lose my slim body shape, so I called Tom. He has made exercise fun, especially the boxing work outs, and has help me to feel comfortable with my body again.
Female aged 59.
I have suffered from back problems for a number of years, which has hampered my hobbies of golf and rugby. With both massage and gym work I am able to play both sports again and feel more flexible and mobile. Thanks Tom.
Male aged 26.
